At Phone Parts Warehouse, we aim to make your wholesale purchasing experience seamless and convenient by offering multiple flexible payment options for both in-store and online transactions.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following secure payment methods:

• American Express (Amex)
• EFTPOS (for in-store and select online purchases)
• PayPal (no additional fee; full payment is collected at the time of ordering, including delivery fees)
• Zip (“Buy Now, Pay Later” interest-free payment solution. To use Zip, simply apply for an account here and select ‘Zip’ at checkout)

For smaller transactions or where electronic payment is not available, we may also accept secure cash payments in-store.

Payment Terms

• Full payment is required at the time of ordering, unless alternative payment arrangements have been made and approved in writing.
• All prices are displayed in AUD and are inclusive of GST, unless otherwise stated.
• For wholesale clients with approved trading accounts or credit terms, invoices must be settled according to the agreed payment schedule. Late payments may incur interest or administration fees as outlined in your account agreement.

Security

• Online payments are protected by industry-standard SSL encryption and secure payment gateway services. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.
• Phone Parts Warehouse does not store or have access to your full credit/debit card details.
